GoSprout Technical Requirements
GoSprout is a secure, cloud-based platform designed to run without complex local installations.
To ensure the best experience for all users — administrators, employers, educators, and learners — please review the following requirements.

3. Internet Connectivity

Minimum: 5 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload

Recommended: 15 Mbps+ download for real-time video, file uploads, and dashboard analytics

Wired connections are preferred for administrative functions; stable Wi-Fi is fine for apprentices and mentors in the field.
